With over 25 years of international experience in the pharmaceutical industry in both Germany and the US, I bring a well-rounded combination of scientific depth, commercial insight, and strategic perspective.
My work experience spans the full value chain – from R&D and market access to launch preparation and lifecycle management – across a broad range of therapeutic areas, as well as OTC, MedTech, and biotech collaborations.

Trained as a pharmacist and holding an MBA, I have consistently worked at the intersection of science and business. I have held global leadership roles in areas such as Market Access, Commercial Strategy, and Strategic Planning, supporting organizations in translating innovation into meaningful outcomes.
My experience includes representation at integrated product teams, developing global value strategies, and preparing markets for the launch of blockbuster therapies. I have always placed importance on ensuring that those innovations make a real difference in patients’ lives. Asset valuation, opportunity assessment, and risk mitigation have consistently provided the foundation for clear, actionable strategic plans.
